You will provide administrative support for a number of teams within the same department. You will be involved in: Maintaining document templatesPreparing and sending letters, documents and reportsCreating invoices and reportsAssisting with banking activitiesDaily management of incoming and outgoing post This is a busy and varied roles and requires someone who has a good knowledge of Microsoft office suite, a clear and concise communicator and has an eye for detail. You will need to have a flexible approach and excellent time management skills.
