Apply now FC Group is a boutique business services group based in Bolton. FC Corporate Finance is an established chartered accountancy practice specialising in corporate finance, including in mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, structured finance and relationship advice. FC Business Support is a relatively new chartered accountancy practice that undertakes statutory accounting and tax for SME's, management accounting, budgetting, financial and administration support. FC Tours & Travel is a tour operator focussed on high net worth travellers and corporate travel. We require an accountant to join our team working across FC Corporate Finance and FC Business Support. Duties will include: Preparation of statutory accounts, tax computations, individual and corporate tax returns and VAT returns.Management accounting for our own businesses and for clients.Spreadsheet modelling and financial analysis.Researching corporate finance targets and markets. The successful candidate will have at least two years' experience in a small or medium-sized accountancy firm, may be AAT-qualified, and will either have commenced ACCA study or be looking to do so. Study support and training will be included in the package. Our small team is extremely hardworking but the atmosphere is very informal. We are highly selective about the work we take on and this is reflected in the quality of experience our staff obtain. To apply for this job you must already be living and settled within 20 miles of Bolton, Lancashire and have the right to work in the UK. You must also have at least one year's experience working in an accountany practice in the UK.
