Apply now Our client is a market leading Travel Management Company (TMC), seeking an experienced and talented Account Manager for a varied portfolio of key clients. You will build strong client relationships and be the conduit between the client and the Company. You will assist the client in achieving their goals in regard to their business travel program. You will retain and grow the client's volume and profitability with the Company, via proactive account management and promoting partnerships. Areas of Activity Deliver telephone/skype client reviews with clear analysis and recommendations on travel policy and behaviourMonitoring travel patterns, cost savings, on line adoption rates, invoicingIdentify opportunities for growth within the portfolioUndertake and/or organise client trainingMake suitable travel recommendations to clientsLiaise with Travel Partners servicing the account Person Specification Previous client management experience in a business travel environmentAnalytical and able to convert Management Information (MI) into relevant and cost saving/revenue generating client solutions.Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressureConfident communicator (written and verbal)Ability to build strong working relationshipsExcellent customer service orientationHigh energy and enthusiasm, results oriented and able to deliver to deadlines
