Apply now SAI Global have an opening for an experienced German-speaking Account Manager to join us on a Maternity Cover Contract (expected to last until March 2019) in our Milton Keynes office. As an experienced Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual new business and renewal targets for your client base. As part of the role, you will be expected to develop and implement Account Management plans and strategies in order to maintain and increase client satisfaction and growth. Due to the nature of the Account Manager role, we are looking for someone who has previous experience in a B2B (business-to-business) account management role, and who is confident in dealing with a broad range of senior stakeholders. Previous experience of using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) is advantageous, however, training can be provided. An overview of the main duties of the role has been provided below: Manage existing accounts within a designated territory to achieve a budgeted sales level (including account administration and quotation support); Develop Account plans for key clients; Ensure high level of customer satisfaction; Understand the customer segments (vertical) and its economic drivers; Grow revenue from applicable SAI Global products, solutions and services ; Monitor competitor and market activity and report to both Management and Marketing Teams. Experience and Skillset required: Minimum of 3 years' in an Account Manager role, ideally with experience in a B2B Professional Services or Subscription role; Business-level proficient/fluent in German and English (written and spoken); Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Working knowledge of appropriate CRM (ideally Salesforce); Experience of speaking to senior level client stakeholders across complex, multi-national companies would be beneficial. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required; Ability to effectively liaise with colleagues in other departments; Strong organization and planning skills; Ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure; High attention to detail; Ability to multi-task.
