Due to new contract wins they now require an exceptional Account Manager who has the ability to implement innovative soft service solutions, build strong client relationships and support new mobilisation projects and delivering new initiatives throughout the contracts.Role Description: Manage a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives to deliver a high-quality cleaning operation across numerous prestigious sites in Central LondonManage and control the cleaning services in line with the agreed specificationActively enforce relevant statutory Company and site health and safety complianceMonitor equipment and ensure stock levels are maintainedIdentify and rectify service improvement opportunitiesMonitor and control wages to revenue analysisEvaluate, communicate and rectify all internal audits conductedEnsure that cleaning programs are implemented in accordance with requirements Key skills & Experience Experience of managing multiple cleaning sites & contracts.Ability to liaise and work professionally with clients and staffMotivate, manage and lead all staffExcellent communication skills.Full UK Driving licence.
