Apply now AIRWATCH IT Mobile Device Support / Administrator My client are a Global Corporate Company who are looking for someone to join their small but dedicated IT support team providing Mobile device support. You must have experience o AIRWATCH MDM and will be setting up devices and managing policies for Tablets and Smartphones with Airwatch. You will be resolving issues directly and resolve where possible, or redirect to training or a third party resolution. This is a permanent role in Solihull paying up to £25,000 per annum with benefits Key Skills: (AIRWATCH, MDM, Mobile Device Support, Device Provision, Mobile Device Management System, Configuring tablets for End User Deployment, IT Support , Liaising with 3rd Parties) Some experience with some of the following; AIRWATCH MDM Other Mobile Device Management Systems experience Mobile Tablet Device Support Creating Policies for mobile Devices and Tablets Device Provision Configuring tablets for End User Deployment Liaising with 3rd Parties You will have excellent customer service skills and be organised and have strong time management.
