Apply now JOB TITLE: Operations Manager - Power Application / Power Supply LOCATION: Stoke On Trent, Crewe, Shrewsbury, Macclesfield, Ellesmere Port, Runcorn, Northwich, Chester, Wrexham INDUSTRY: Power Application / Power Supply SALARY: £35,000 to £40,000 + Bonus COMPANY / ROLE Our Client is a well established organisation in the Power Engineering Services industry, the company supply a wide range of engineering services including power applications, power supplies, inverters, repairs, switches, and control systems to a variation of different sectors Including telecoms, transportation, utilities, oil and gas and defence across the whole of the UK. The company are now looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team, the ideal candidate will probably have a degree or a military background, will have experience in operational management, being from the power sector would be a plus, should have customer facing experience, experience of managing engineering teams, will be able to work remotely and in house and have experience in operational change, will be hardworking, driven and hungry for success. Principal responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience 1. Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the operations Industry. 2. Sales experience - essential 3. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the companies services. 4. To manage the key account list to maximise sales and profit 5. Effective Communicator. 6. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required. 7. Computer literate.
